COMPOSITE PANELS

Composite material is a modern multi-layer material consisting of two metallic (steel or aluminum) sheets and homogeneous filler between them.

Filler represents polymeric compound with addition of flame retardants and minerals, while a special adhesive compound ensures solid adhesion of aluminum sheets and filler. The face of facade panel is painted in various colours of a broad spectrum.

  • STANDARD - fastening on rivets (ZIAS - 100.03)

    The system is designed for fastening of flat sheets made of composite materials.

    Structural elements:
    1. Brackets and extenders STANDARD (stainless or galvanized, with polymeric coating)
    2. Vertical profiles STANDARD of U-shaped and L-shaped cross-section (stainless or galvanized, with polymeric coatings)
    3. Liner fastening is with rivets with wide shoulder made of rust-proof steel

    Description:
    Lining in a form of flat sheets made of composite materials is fastened on vertical carrying guides with use of rust-proof pop- rivets, observing a designed interval of fastening and taking measures to compensate linear thermal expansion of all elements of the subsystem.

  • STANDARD - fastening on metal panel fasteners (MPF) (ZIAS - 100.03)

    The system is designed for fastening of flat sheets made of composite materials.Structural elements:
    1. Brackets and extenders STANDART (stainless or galvanized, with polymeric coating)
    2. Vertical profiles STANDART of U-shaped and L-shaped cross-section (stainless or galvanized, with polymeric coating)
    3. Liner fastening is using MPF and a heel of MPF (stainless steel)

    Description:
    MPF and MPF heels are installed on vertical borders of the panels. The upper panels are locked into panels of the lower line. Panels are installed in view of thermal expansion of elements of the subsystem.

  • OPTIMA - fastening on rivets (ZIAS - 100.03)

    The system is designed for fastening of flat sheets made of composite materials.
