Ventilated facade systems

The bearing sub-system is a frame made of vertical and horizontal profiles attached to a building’s facade. All elements of the system are made of aluminium, stainless or galvanized steel, subsequently coated with powder polyester paint, which ensures its high durability, protection against atmospheric exposures and gives a nice appearance (exterior) to your building.

We offer a wide range of different profiles and fasteners allowing to solve any architectural tasks.

Our products range

  • All
  • Steel Products
  • Aluminium products
  • Facade system MAXIMA Medium
    Facade system MAXIMA Medium

    Fixing plates (iklyas) are installed on the vertical sides of the cassettes, than the plates are introduced into sliding blocks mounted on the vertical bearing guides. The cassettes' fastening is made taking into account the temperature expansion of the subsystem elements.

  • Facade system OPTIMA
    Facade system OPTIMA

    Fixing plates (iklyas) are installed on the vertical sides of the cassettes, than the plates are introduced into sliding blocks mounted on the vertical bearing guides. The cassettes' fastening is made taking into account the temperature expansion of the subsystem elements.

  • Facade system STANDARD
    Facade system STANDARD

    Cladding with flat sheets made of composite materials is fixed on vertical bearing guides with the help of corrosion-resistant pop rivets, observing the designed step for fasteners and implementing measures ensuring the compensation of linear temperature extensions of all the subsystem elements.

  • Facade system LT-228
    Facade system LT-228

    The system is designed for a hidden way of fastening plates from natural stone, fibro-cement panels, HPL panels, stone wool panels.

  • Facade system ATS-114
    Facade system ATS-114

    The system is designed for a visible method of fixing flat sheet materials.

  • Facade system ATS-316
    Facade system ATS-316

    The system is designed for a hidden way of fixing natural stone and fibre-reinforced concrete plates.

U-Kon is a leading Russian manufacturer of aluminum and stainless steel curtain wall systems. Over the years of work, the company has become an expert in the design, development and promotion of curtain wall systems.

Zias-International was founded by a group of international investors in 2014. The company is composed of two departments: production and trading.

The hidden side of the facade

The base structure, which acts as a carrier, is a high-quality framework with horizontal and vertical profiles, often attached to the facade of the building, and each part of the system consists of stainless steel, aluminum or galvanized profiles covered with a polyester powder-based paint.

For all kinds of architectural applications, we can offer you various design solutions for fixing elements and profiles.  In our product selection, you can find various brackets, L-angles, hat profiles for the construction of the foundation.  If necessary, we always find a better and more efficient solution for the frame or support truss for the project.

 What is a thermal profile?

The thermal profile is a steel beam with a thickness of about two millimeters, taking into account the perforation.  It is often used in the construction of a quickly built house using LSTC technology.  One of the main functions of perforated metal beams is to use them to construct the exterior contour of a building, and if the technology is applied correctly, they do not freeze and provide significant insulation.  It also maintains room temperature quite well, both warm and cool.  Also, one of the main advantages of LSTC is that buildings with a thermal profile can be built on any soil and on a fairly light foundation.  And thanks to the exclusion of wet processes, it is possible to build at any time of the year.

 Base wall construction from thermoprofile

The main advantage of the thermal profile can be considered its function of heat preservation inside the building.  As a result, the thermal conductivity of the rooms decreases by up to 90% compared to classic steel structures.  This result is possible due to the continuous thermal profile, because  it helps to scale the heat flow path.  And since the thermal profile has quite high heat-saving indicators, it helps to reduce the costs of buildings and reduce the load on municipal networks.  This material is quite popular and is successfully used even in the far north.

 It also has other advantages:

 low weight, which allows constructions to be built on any foundation;

 is made of high-quality steel;

 has a fairly good ratio of material density to material strength;

 ensures a fairly significant reduction in thermal conductivity;

 can last up to 100 years.
