For all kinds of architectural applications, we can offer you various design solutions for fixing elements and profiles. In our product selection, you can find various brackets, L-angles, hat profiles for the construction of the foundation. If necessary, we always find a better and more efficient solution for the frame or support truss for the project.
What is a thermal profile?
The thermal profile is a steel beam with a thickness of about two millimeters, taking into account the perforation. It is often used in the construction of a quickly built house using LSTC technology. One of the main functions of perforated metal beams is to use them to construct the exterior contour of a building, and if the technology is applied correctly, they do not freeze and provide significant insulation. It also maintains room temperature quite well, both warm and cool. Also, one of the main advantages of LSTC is that buildings with a thermal profile can be built on any soil and on a fairly light foundation. And thanks to the exclusion of wet processes, it is possible to build at any time of the year.
Base wall construction from thermoprofile
The main advantage of the thermal profile can be considered its function of heat preservation inside the building. As a result, the thermal conductivity of the rooms decreases by up to 90% compared to classic steel structures. This result is possible due to the continuous thermal profile, because it helps to scale the heat flow path. And since the thermal profile has quite high heat-saving indicators, it helps to reduce the costs of buildings and reduce the load on municipal networks. This material is quite popular and is successfully used even in the far north.
It also has other advantages:
low weight, which allows constructions to be built on any foundation;
is made of high-quality steel;
has a fairly good ratio of material density to material strength;
ensures a fairly significant reduction in thermal conductivity;
can last up to 100 years.
