HPL boards

HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is widely used in the outdoor finishing, including installation of hinged ventilated facades. It is resistant to mechanical damages and aggressive environmental impacts. It has unique thermal insulation properties, low-combustible. We offer to buy facade panels for outdoor finishing of houses, buildings and structures at the price of the manufacturer. Specialists of the Commercial Department are ready to advise and send product samples for evaluation purposes, call us!

The facade HPL-panels manufactured by us keep the initial appearance throughout the entire service life, it is worth choosing them due to their increased abrasion resistance. Durability is explained by unique physical and mechanical characteristics. This feature is valuable in the areas of the building, where the facade elements can suffer from vandalism.

Due to their dense structure the panels remain pristine without cracks, scratches and other consequences of temperatures impacts. This property of decorative laminated paper plastic makes it relevant when facade works are carried out in weather conditions of the Far North.
Compared to other materials'  operational qualities HPL has a low weight (its density is 1400-1600 kg/m³). This contributes to an easy mounting on horizontal and vertical surfaces. The facade panels for outdoor finishing works passed fire tests and were included into G1 flammability group. Since these panels do not collapse during combustion, HPL plastic facades can be used  on any buildings, the risk of collapse in the fire is minimized.

    Facade panels consist of layers of cellulose impregnated with synthetic thermosetting binders and decorative paper, which are joined under the influence of simultaneous pressure and temperature. The binder resins in the paper disperse and solidify over time to form a monolithic material. HPL plastic has a wide range of colors, which expands the design possibilities. Hurry to order HPL panels directly from the manufacturer to perform facade solutions on favorable terms!

Currently, the Laminated Plastics Plant is an industrial enterprise for the production of decorative paper-laminated plastic used for interior decoration of premises of various profiles, in the system of suspended ventilated facades, for the manufacture of kitchen worktops and facades, as well as in the interior decoration of vehicles.

Unique for exterior and interior

High-pressure laminate is a high-quality facade material with a fairly strong laminate panel, which consists of a fairly strong laminate on the inside and the same laminate on the outside, but with the addition of flat panels.

Such laminates consist of several layers of cellulose that are pressed under high temperature and pressure and whose inner and outer surfaces are impregnated with different types of resins.  The resins then polymerize and create homogeneous bonds that ensure the uniqueness of this material.

HPL board classification

HPL is divided into two types: facade and interior spaces (which are usually double-sided).  Laminates used as interior laminates can often be seen decorating hallways, interior spaces of shopping malls, and living rooms of homes.  And laminate has become especially popular in the interior decoration of railway stations or in the construction of sanitary rooms and cabins, i.e. in places where it is important to maintain cleanliness and maximum cleanliness and sterility.HPL panels are also often used in the walls of medical and surgical rooms.  The material does not contain germs and harmful microorganisms, it is difficult to scratch and relatively easy to clean, and all these advantages are due to the fact that the material does not have pores and cracks.

 Advantages of high pressure laminate

 This material is in high demand precisely because of the several advantages that we have listed below:

 suitable for all building configurations;

 fairly small panel weight;

 the material is often used on objects with limited weight load;

 unnecessary waste is reduced during installation;

 panels are easy to process and perforate;

 can be used in the construction of a multi-storey building;

 panels provide excellent UV protection;

 has a fairly low coefficient of thermal expansion;

 panels are resistant to all kinds of dirt and odors;

 thanks to the universal coating, the laminate floor does not scratch or split and is protected from soiling substances;
withstands temperatures from -80 to 180 degrees Celsius;

 has a fairly wide selection of colors and decorations.

 Thanks to all these properties, you can be sure to use this material in your most daring designs.

 Our choice

 The facade of every building decays over time due to the harmful effects of the external environment and moisture.  Dust, precipitation and rainstorms damage the condition of building foundations and walls.  Laminate flooring can provide an excellent solution for framing and exterior design of walls in structures and buildings.  This option gives a rather beautiful appearance and refreshes even the oldest building.  Different colors, fire resistance, different fastening systems, easy installation, environmental friendliness and reliability ensure the longevity of the material.
